I am in awe of the skill CyTech has demonstrated and the kindness they've shown to me. I had 1,000+ pictures that were being saved to a micro SD card from my cellphone. For no reason I'm aware, that card became corrupt. The photos contained on that card were mostly priceless photos of my baby girl from when she was born and videos of when she first smiled, cooed, etc. I was DEVASTATED. I called my phone company, Geek Squad, and other local computer places for help who said if my card was corrupt there was nothing they could do for me. I had given up and thought all my memories were lost. Tim Allen from CyTech walked into my work to spread the word of the local business and I'd asked him half jokingly and hopelessly if they did any data recovery. Without hesitation, not knowing me or how valuable the photos were to me, offered to have the CEO Bruce Hassler to take a look at it. That same day, Bruce called me himself to tell me he was able to save all of my precious videos and photos! They both were so kind, empathetic and helpful. They and their company is a true example of skill, humanity and kindness at its finest and I would highly recommend them without hesitation for your IT service needs!
