      Submission Wrestling & Freestyle Judo (SWFJ) is a combination of traditional Grappling arts. You will learn various moves from Jujitsu, Russian Sambo, Greco-Roman & other styles of Grappling with a strong focus on Judo. Submission Wrestling & Freestyle Judo emphasizes pins, throws, takedowns, chokes & submissions (arm bars & leg locks). This class is for adults 18 yrs. & older, men & women.
