Service is horrible. I had to call them multiple times over a week long period to even get them to come to my house to look at hot tub. Then when they finally did show up they tell me nothing is wrong with it. Obviously something was wrong because it still did not work. They promised they would come out the next day and look at it again. They did not show up. Finally a day or two later they came and said it was a problem with electrical breaker. About 10 days later they decided to show up to fix that problem. Service technician was there 30 minutes. A month later I get the bill and was billed for the electrical breaker and 2.5 hours of labor. When I called to dispute the labor charges they indicated they had been at my house multiple times. I indicated that was because nothing was repaired and I had to keep calling them for original problem. They told me very sarcastically the bill was more than fair but I could pay whatever I wanted and they would collect the rest in court

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced from a business. They will not do what they say they will do and they do not care. Would not buy anything from them and would not recommend their service.
