I took my dog (Cleo) here January because of a knot on her side. I was terrified that she had cancer, but the vet stuck a syringe in her side and it was fluid from a cyst. The first thing I said afterwards was am I gonna loss my dog, he said oh no it will take awhile for it to heal because it will have to have a drain tube. After we went and got her the next day she wasn't to happy but I nursed her like she was a baby. They said at 1st checkup "still lot of fluid come back in a week" this happened 2 times. After I took her back the 3rd time they said they wanted to open her back up and see what was going on, so for the second time she was being operated on. When we got her after the 2nd operation she came home and everything seemed OK after a few days a stitch came loose and I called the vet. They said bring her back, by this time Cleo didn't even want to get in the car and she was the type dog that loved riding and it really bothered me because I knew she knew where we was going, a place she hated and was scared of. They said we need to keep her and fix the stitch and see why the draining hasnt let up enough to remove tube. I really didn't won't to but I of corse did. Never will I forget her trying to go out the door with us and being pulled back by a worker. I didn't get to pick her up the next day but did the following day. When I seen her I was shocked, Cleo looked like half her stomach was gone. (110 lb dog)The next morning she fell over and started breathing hard I got her in the truck and flew there I called them said I was almost there please have someone help me get her in but she didn't. When I got there a guy helped after he seen how serious I was.The Dr.said 50/50 chance my best friend died about 20 minutes later. I know she wondered what she did wrong for me to keep taking her there to the dr.who caused the internal bleeding that killed her and why was i mad at her, was i trying to get rid of her? It ruined my family for months still not over it.

I have found this vet and all assistants to be knowledgeable, kind, and caring. They have done excellent work with our pets.

This is the only place I would ever take my dogs. They also help with the local PAWS and try o help less fortunate animals. They are truly compassionate and i cannot say enough good comments about them.

My Bearman and Coca Channel will tell you.

Diane
