DO NOT USE TopFlite Financial. During the entire process TopFlite seemed ok ... but that's because I didn't realize all of the things they were SUPPOSED to be doing. The newly built house became ready for closing and sat vacant. We had to move out of our previous lease (and we even gave ourselves a 2 week buffer in case things were delayed), so we stayed with friends and all of our belongings stayed in a UHaul truck. Every day they requested additional paperwork that could have been done months prior. The account rep bad mouthed everyone involved (with legitimate reasons to bad mouth the builder and their sales company in this case, but still very unprofessional). He continued to blame the delays on everyone else, including ME. He said that I didn't give him all of the necessary information ... but he never asked for it ... I am not the lender, I don't know what informaiton he needs. It was his job to collect all necessary paperwork, I would have gladly provided instantly if I had been asked. The rep tells me that we are close to closing and the paperwork can be drawn up in an hour ... then 8 days go by ... each day he tells me "first thing tomorrow" or "it will take 48 hours". NO respect for anyone's time and NO respect for the necessity to make arrangements (belongings, dogs, work coverage, etc.). AWEFUL Service, please do not put yourself through this.
