His "free estimate" will cost you $170 and it will be remarkably overpriced. Thankfully I found a more reputable company to do the work for $2,000 less than Lenz estimated. Unfortunately, I still had to pay him $170 for him to try and rip me off. Don't make the same mistake I did by contacting him.
