      At the end of 2014, Attorney Sandra M. Baner decided to transition from her private law practice to a pursuit of other professional opportunities in the practice of law. The foundation established by her years of work in the Janesville area enables the progression of Baner & Associates to the formation of Integrated Legal Group LLC. The office operates with Attorney Ashley N. Suiter as lead counsel. Her services are coordinated with Attorney Charles P. Kostantacos, who acts as managing attorney and support counsel. Prior to Attorney Baners departure, Attorney Ashley Suiter worked at Baner and Associates for two years. During that time, she had a broad range of administrative responsibilities while learning the ins and outs of consumer bankruptcy. She has been licensed to practice law in Wisconsin since 2012, and is also admitted to practice law in the United Stated District Court, Western District of Wisconsin. Her practice will concentrate on consumer bankruptcy and estate planning. Attorney Chuck Kostantacos is licensed in the State of Illinois and is also admitted to practice law in the United Stated District Court, Western District of Wisconsin. Chuck has over 30 years of private practice experience in a variety of practice areas and venues. At the present time, his practice at Integrated Legal Group LLC will be limited to the area of consumer bankruptcy. He will remain available to provide a full range of legal services in the State of Illinois. Integrated Legal Group LLC remains committed to providing the same quality legal services that clients received for many years from Attorney Baner.
