      They measured a window for us, said it would take 2 weeks and when it came in, it was measured wrong and we had to wait another 2 weeks for the window. So, we were without a window for 4 weeks in winter weather, causing our heating bill to go up. There was no reduction in the cost for their mistake. They said that they were already losing money because they had to order 2 windows for us and at least we weren't charged for 2 windows even though it was their mistake.
