Jamesville Elementary School is located in Jamesville, N.Y., and is one of three elementary schools in the Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District. It is a community-based school that serves children in kindergarten through grade four. The school has an active parent-teacher group that assists its staff in numerous ways throughout the school year, including volunteering in classrooms and helping to organize materials and events. Additionally, the parent-teacher group sponsors special field trips, student assembly programs and an after-school program. The school s curriculum includes language arts, math, physical education and science. In addition, Jamesville Elementary School organizes several extracurricular and athletic activities.
