We sued the company for the work prepaid but not completed on our furnace. We won the case and company is yet to give us payment. I texted Debbie to resolve the debt and she stated, "good luck with getting it!" Later we found out she close the business account at the bank and cash our cashier checks at a local cashland. It's obvious their intent was to rip us off.

Absolutely no customer service! Hangs up on customers, yells at customers, and repeated lies about products. Technicians fail to accurately diagnose AC unit issues. Unable to even charge an AC unit properly. Stay far away. Home Warranty company states they have continuous problems with company.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this company , as i do not want another customer to have a bad experience.
