I can't say enough about the wonderful way that the doctors and all of the staff at Jamestown Veterinary Hospital immediately responded to my very critically ill 5 year old Shih Tzu, Mitzi. I brought her there after having her at Falconer Veterinary for two full days and receiving no information or contact of any kind from them about what they were doing to determine what was going on with my dog despite numerous attempts by me to talk to Dr. Mary, the vet under her care. Needless to say, despite the attempts made at Jamestown Veterinary Hospital, my Mitzi passed away in less than 24 hours. I will always be forever grateful for everything they tried to do to save her life and for all the very special care, attention and love that was given to her and me.

12 years ago, Dr. Selene's office allowed us to adopt a silky terrier who had been abused and left for dead in an apartment. Sadly we lost her yesterday due to old age. I thank those of you, especially Julie who suggested we would make a good home for this dog. They called her Estrella, but she never answered to it, and we changed her name to Maggie Mae. Dr. Selene had been our vet for over 25 years. He is the ultimate in saving our pets lives on many occasions. I want to thank the staff for allowing us to have 12 years of joy with our darling dog. She gave us many days of happiness and we are heartbroken to have lost her. All our pets from the time I was a child went to JVH and they were always correct in diagnosis and cure. There is no finer vet hospital. So from the bottom of my heart I thank you for giving us the gift of Maggie.
