Our company has been under contract with Eagle Systems for at least two years, and the service is horrible. Their staff are incompetent. They have messed up the last five supply orders we've placed, billed us for services they never provided (and many we've never even asked for), never follow through on promised service or goods - and never seem to retain information they're given repeatedly. If there's an option to go with a competitor, I'd do it. We've wasted thousands of dollars in funds and time dealing with these immature people.
