I've lived her a little over 3 years and can honestly say that it's a very pleasant place to live. The management and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful. Some of the residents can be snooty and gossip about one another but the majority of them are good people/neighbors. I would recommend living here if you are looking to stay in a low key and not-too-dangerous part of Boston. Also, they offer some units subsidized through section-8 which is great.
