Scam artists. They charged my card $155 (their fee) twice, which does happen, but then I learned they did the same to my boyfriend and a few co-workers. You don't ACCIDENTALLY double-charge multiple customers. And I find it very interesting how the second charge wasn't placed on the same day of the original transaction but, instead, around the date our accountants projected our refund would be directly deposited (over 3-4 weeks later). An unauthorized $155 fee is hardly noticeable when a $3,000 deposit was just made.
