this business is run very poorly. when you call to place a work order receptionists are rude and ask you why you are calling them for the job and then they put you on hold to call the technician to verify if the technician wants to go out on the job or leave it for another day, i mean we are big corporations and we need service when we need it not when the technician wants to work. i think the manager of this business needs to readdress what their company is about because he may not be aware of what goes on in the office when all the office people want to do i collect a paycheck from him meanwhile he going to lose his biggest clients.

technicians from this company are completely not professional. they are rude and act like they are doing you a favor for there services when in deed they are getting paid top dollar from big corporations and without them they would be out of a job. I think that they need a refresher on what their job duties and personalities include.

service is terrible. technicians show up hours late or days later to complete a work order. they work as if they are not getting paid for the jobs that need to be completed. priorities are defiantly not prioritized with this company.
