Walked in to jewelry shop on Jamaica Ave during a short stay in NYC. I was cordially received by a courteous sales consultant who helped me find the item I required, and negotiated a very fair price for me. My item was not immediately in stock but I was told that they would arrange item to be sent overnight, picked up and hand delivered to me at my hotel. I am happy to have done business with this small family owned store, and though prices were just as competitive as with some on-line retailers, the customer service I received was second to none.I will definitely pay them another visit on my next trip to New York city.
