We did a renovation refinance on our home recently and we went with Admire Construction to handle all of the work. We’ve had a lot of trouble finding someone reliable and willing to work with us in our Mount Vernon West area. Ali was highly recommended and now we understand why. Admire Construction went above and beyond to make our home beautiful. We had to jump through a lot of hoops with the city to get our permits and plans in place. Ali stuck with us through thick and thin and came through on all of the work. Our home looks amazing with our new midnight blue siding. The patio is just beautiful.. the paver stones are exactly what we wanted. He was able to emulate some of the design elements we had established already into a beautiful wide open staircase leading up to our patio. The elevated second floor deck off our kitchen is the highlight. Somethg we’ve waited years to do. I had my heart set on a spiral staircase leading down to the new patio and Ali’s team came thru and had a spiral stair kit up and running in one day. It all came together so beautifully it was worth the wait and the struggle with the city. Ali truly made all of it happen and we are just thrilled to enjoy our “new” 120 year old home this summer. I would recommend using Admire Construction without hesitation. I will post pictures of the patio and deck after we get our plants set up and we stain the railing on the deck. We love everythg. His Forman Carlos was Top Notch Professionals and honest. The whole Admire team was very professional, Polit very clean and neat. They cleaned up every day after each shift. Lines of communication were amazing no matter the time, I would send an email or Text with a question and Mr. Ali would reply and address any questions and concerns. Mr. Ali walked me through the whole process and educated me on what to expect and how they would be completing each step. “his famous words were do not worry, leave the worrying to me and all I want to do is, do a good job and you be 100% satisfied” and he exceeded that promise. His team ordered and installed a washing machine/ dryer and created the hook up, installed a dishwasher and laid flooring in my attic and sealed and finished my crawl space basement with concreate. The job was completed sooner that he advised. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and the customer is 100% satisfied. They even installed 2 ceiling fans in my home as a last-minute request. Will be using this company again for expanding the square footage of my home, their workmanship just cannot be beat and I would recommend them.
