Do not use this place!! I brought them a baby blanket to have a name embroidered on and they made a hole in it!! They did not tell me about the damage when I picked it up and left it for me to find. When I brought it back to see what they could do they offered to sew the hole-it was a shower gift, I'm not going to give a gift with a repaired hole in it. They asked me if I could get another but would not refund me the cost of the one they damaged-since they had me sign a paper saying they were not responsible when I dropped the item off stating "it's an outside item". I had signed the paper because I have brought things to other embroidery shops and never had a problem, it was a 5 letter name on a blanket for crying out loud- I thought a company who does embroidery could handle that. Well, I did get another blanket and took my business elsewhere. I will never use this place again and tell all my friends to go elsewhere as well!!
