Twice now in the life of my 12 year old pug these vets have saved her life. Now a third time, my pug was screaming is the only way I can describe it. Again the vets saw her at Bullard, today we find out the cause and verdict. She is old bless her heart, mostly blind and deaf. It will break my heart if there is nothing that can be done, yet I know if there is any chance of her recovering, these vets will do it. They have my total faith and trust. The first time she had tumors the vet I was using had an emergency number but chewed me out for calling it. That was when I discovered these awesome people. Dr. Stephens, oops, sorry he is the one that hung up. Kudos to Jacksonville Animal Hospital and their Bullard location and to the vets, that have given their best for animals, large and small. I thank you and I appreciate you, will always refer anyone to you all.No matter the outcome with my "child" 12 year old pug, I know with no doubt you all did all you could. God bless. Kelly Tackett
