unprofessional and racist. the couple in charge have called black people the n word with a hard er multiple times. spend your money elsewhere.

They are racist. It's a good ol-boy club if your black they will treat you poorly. There's video footage of the way they really feel about black people trying to do business with them. I won't be going there because I have seen that not everyone is treated equally. It's sad that there are still people like this in today's world.....

The service I received was a tune-up on my riding lawn mower. Couldn't believe how smooth it ran. I have referred Thomas' to many after this and many other experiences.

Showed up 5 min after closing and she still opened the doors for me. Had the part I needed and said everything with a smile. I will be back if I need anything else.

Long story short- Mower was dropped off to have carburetor replaced. They ordered new part but also took it upon themselves to scrape the deck and change the blades and oil. We paid to get the mower back. When it came time to have mower delivered they said we owed them more money b/c they bought wrong blades. We said no and when they dropped off mower Mark threw our old baldes at us and then threatened us as he unleashed his dogs (coward). We filed a complaint with Lowe's about their unprofessional behavior and horrible work ethic. We also informed Lowe's that if they continued to do work with Thomas' we would no longer buy from Lowe's but Home Depot. It's a shame that we paid to be treated so terribly.

this guy will rip you off in a heartbeat.avoid this business unless you like being lied to and ripped off.
