Last week they schedule my appt for today. When I was on the phone with them they told me 2 p.m. the 20th of Dec. So I go to my appt. that way suppose to be at 2 and they told me no it was at 12.They never called me the day before or called me when I didn't show up at 12. They wouldn't see me and rescheduled it for Jan 3rd at 12. The woman was nice about it and pretty much called a lair without saying those words but with her attitude towards me.

Beware of this place it is run out of a shoe box. I had an Apt while in COBRA limbo so I had to pay out of pocket 100%, a few days latter they called me 4 times to get a copy of my receipt being that they lost theirs and wanted to get it in before the end of the month. Last I had a 8:00am Apt and the PT did to show up until 8:08am to unlock the from door and the receptionist did not show up for another 10 minutes. I hope you expect more from those you choose for medical help with the prices and costs of insurance!
