If I could score a zero for this place, I would - in a heartbeat! I don't know how the doctor is being that I didn't make it that far. The guy that does all of the "scheduling" is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I had an appointment made with this company for my child and they called the day before to reschedule, after I had already requested time off from work. So we waited for the next appointment the following week. Requested yet another day off. We waited and waited and waited. When I called again to see if anyone was coming, the SAME guy immediately said no one was coming. He said that no one did the at home visits, which is okay but CLARIFY THAT DURING THE SCHEDULING! He told me that someone had called me yesterday (8/7/17) that we would have to come in for the visit...I NEVER received that call and he kept saying I agreed to it. How the heck is someone suppose to agree to something they never knew?? No one ever called me to verify that, they call last minute on everything and the staff is rude and only trying to cover their own instead of looking out for their patients! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I hope the Doctor sees these bad reviews and know it's not just one person complaining about their staff. Please get new people in your scheduling department who knows what they're doing! I will be taking my child elsewhere and glad I didn't waste my money here to keep their lights on. POOR SERVICE!!

Zero stars. Doctor is pretty knowledgable and nice but the staff is totally incapable of running that office. Check all your paperwork!! The receptionist and insurance people there are clueless so double check everything!
