I love this place. Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!

This company, I think, is quite easy to get a loan through. But if you do not pay them on time, they will become the most aggravating and harrassing people in your life. They will call you at least once a day, everyday. They will come to your house at random. times during the day. Even if you explain your situation to them they will still do it. We explained our situation and instead of relaying that message to whoever they needed to, the just continue to send different people over everyday. They make you feel like they think you're a liar. If we told you 2 days ago, that we have no money and our about to lose the rest of everything we have because we are having a really hard time right now, they why do you return the next day, and today asking the same questions? and asking is there anything we can pawn off? in order to pay you. Nothing about our situation has changed since then. Thank you for caring. The fact is they don't care, they only care about getting their money. Their niceness is suppose to make up for the harrassing visits and phone calls. oh, and trust me, not all of them are nice, there are some rude ones. They will harrass you until you pay them their money or until you run away and hide.

This place is wonderful!!!!! They know how to relate to Military needs. They lend money to not only military but also civilians. They are very polite. Customer Service is EXCELLENT! Some people may think the interest rate is a little high, but if you look into it and PAY ATTENTION when they are explaining the paperwork you will realize that the interest rate is not as bad as it seems. Keep in mind they are not the one who chooses their interest rate - The state of NC has a set rate for small loan companies! Patriot Loan Company is there for all people. Especially the ones with little or no credit! They are willing to work with you unlike most BANKS these days! I have ALWAYS has a pleasant experience with PLC. Their manager Ashley is wonderful And all of the employees are as well. If hard times come about and you are struggling to make a payment - call them and they are willing to work with you just as long as you keep in CONTACT!!!!! Most people try to ignore bill collectors during rough times. U will be amazed how much they will work with u if u keep them informed of the situation! If you are in the military and you default on your loan, PLC will contact you work to try to get in touch with you. So thats why it is important to always keep in contact with them, so they do not have to try to track you down. All of the disgruntled comments about PLC are just from people who have the audacity to borrow money when they need it and sign a contract stating you will pay it back on time, and then when rough times come they dodge the company like the plague! Just let them know whats going on and see if they are willing to work with you!!! U would be surprised!

So if my friend wanted some information about Patriot Loan Company, I would say - GO FOR IT! Not only will it help your credit ratings, but you will walk out of there a very satisfied individual.
