I love the party supplies in jscksonville! Everytime I go I get helpful and friendly service and everything I need. The only thing I think should be changed Is the owner should update some of the cosmetics in the store, behind the counter and in the bathroom are really outdated and in need of new appliances. Besides the cosmetics I have nothing bad to say!
