My son and daughter in law got a flat tire today the owner saw them broken down and having trouble getting the lug nuts off so he went out of his way and took the tire off and brought it back to his shop and put one of his tips on my rim then put the tire back on my car knowing my son had no money and told them no charge it's nice to know there r still decent people out in this world ty and may God bless you

I took my car to them to get lugnuts and to put them onto my car because I bought aftermarket tires and then after I paid them they told me that one of my studs came loose when putting my lugnuts on my car. I had paid them 60 dollars. Then they told me that in order to fix the mistake they made that they were going to charge me anywhere from an additional 100 to 150 dollars. To top things off they told me that theyd be busy all week and to come back that Friday. When I went to the owner which is the guys dad I was told that it wasnt there fault the stud had came loose when they installed the lugnuts. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Is a rip off. Wish I would have known better than to trust small businesses like this one in Jacksonville. I took my car to Merchants and paid 50 dollars to fix these guys mistakes. The only reason I didnt make a fuss out of this is because it wouldnt be worth the money to take these guys to court. They dont know what theyre doing and should be blacklisted.

These guys are great , They are a family owned business and it's nice that they all work in there and make you feel like family . I found the cheapest price online and they matched it .

It's sad that a person and his friend that tried to rip us off can come on here and slander our business . OCC Auto & Truck Accessories in Jacksonville NC should be added to the "OFF LIMITS list for military personnel. This place take full advantage of military personnel and does a POOR Job when it comes to install or getting any type of after market modification to customers vehicle. This establishment rating is lower than (1) star... STAY AWAY!!

These guys are over expensive and do a horrible job installing your equip, and plz don't do financing with them because you will end up paying 18% interest or more.

You have to purchase the parts a head of time. Then they give you the run around when to come in so they can put it in, with ridiculous excuses will not give any type of refund or take responsibility for anything. Not to mention rude!! I would not suggest going here if your life depended on it... Took them over a month and they did a crappy job!!!

Damaged my rims and would would not take responsibility

i have a 06 grand prix and everything i have had done to it, occ has done it, and great might i add. i first got 20's for a great price, then i bought a whole stereo system(speakers, amp, and cd player) that rocks the block all for under 1000. and then i purchased 22 inch status donks which they also custom painted the inserts to match my burgundy paint. im tellin you man, if you need anything for your car and you want it to look good for a fair price, holla at Joe and the guys over at OCC.
