Oct11,2010- courteous employee informs me "Signature Service" will be $39.95, covers oil & filter change, coolant check, tire pressure, washer fluid filled & wipers changed, windows washed and floors vacuumed. I said "deal." I was informed that since my vehicle needed an extra half-quart of oil, the total price would be $48.22. Shop and employees were clean and I was comfortable, until they "finished." As the emloyee gets out of my vehicle I hand him the protective (now oily) shop paper floormat and tell him "I won't need this." Now I can see an oily/greasy footprint on my tan floormat! I pull it out and show it to him and he says "Oh, sometimes those are hard to vacuum," and he walks away. Then as I put the mat back into my un-vacuumed floor, I see a quarter-sized drop of motor oil on my tan leather seat! I pointed it out to the cashier, but told him I didnt trust them around my vehicle, so I didnt want them to fix any of it. I told him I would never be back. After I drove off I noticed windows never done and I had Low Tire pressure!
