Technically NO STARS. Don t expect an apology if something goes bad because you won t so much as get an acknowledgement of the problem. If you want a new hair cut, you may be ok, but don t expect them to have the skills to copy and repeat the one you have. Do not let Lynn cut your hair!!!! I explained the very simple cut that I HAD, told her just wanted a trim and I should have known better when she told me how she had re-cut someone else s hair in her own way and they liked it better. When I realized what she was doing, I got up and left. She said she was done in the back, which was all chopped up, cut 2 -2 1/2 inches off the back (which my hair was short to start with, it was growing back because I lost it to cancer), it was longer on one side than the other and in the back where she cut it all off there was one piece that was just hanging off one side. SAVE YOURSELF and go somewhere else..........
