DO NOT EVER take a vehicle here they will refuse to make repairs for as long as possible and park your vehicle in. The shop will attempt to charge you for everyday its kept the car but They NEVER contact you to tell you this because they are trying to last 20-30 days so they can claim your vehicle as abandoned. Look at East Coast Imports on Google to see all these vehicles stolen from active military service men and women, veterans, spouses and civilians.

I had my BMW serviced here and had no problems. I dropped it off the same morning I called and it was ready that afternoon.

Worst, absolutely the worst service and experience I've ever had with a repair shop. ...... So I took my girlfriend's Mini Cooper to these people over 2 months ago for a check engine light and a transmission slippage. For an import repair place they are awful!!!! They put unnecessary parts on the car after telling my girlfriend they were necessary. There work which cost well over $400 did NOTHING to fix the problem. When we told them to stop working on the car and that we wanted it back it took 1 week to get them to come up with a price for what was still owed. The mechanic passed me off to the secretary the secretary to the mechanic. Totally unprofessional and rude throughout the entire experience. Finally I went today to pick it up and they charge me another $300 for NOTHING. ... OH Labor????? OK. Well please take my advise and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY KNOW ZERO ABOUT CARS AND EVERYTHING ABOUT SCREWING YOU.

All I can say is WOW! These folks had my car for 3 months......3 months and could not get my windows or mirrors to work. They told me it was fixed, charged me $411 and it was not fixed by the time I got home. They told me to bring it back and then they had it for months. Never, ever called me on a status or update. Finally, after waiting and waiting, he said that I should take it to the dealer in Wilmington. I went to pick up the car and he told me he had a solution to fix it. Since I already paid $411, I figured to let him fix it. A month later, he still couldn't fix it. In fact, now my trunk doesn't work, my doors won't lock and my hazards flash while the car is running. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Oh, I failed to mention that my car was dinged up too. My car is silver and now there's red paint on the door. Don't waste your time.....he doesn't know what he's doing.

Please save yourself the hassle mr warren royster is a crook,he has been sued before for his shady business,ask around everyone knows how his shop is ran

this business is not even covered by an insurance company so if they do something wrong or wreck one of there cars or has a crash while driving a company car no one can even have there car fixed because they don't have insurance. then they want to charge you to fix the car they wrecked into especially Mr. Warren O Royster
