Disorganized, no follow ups, no call backs, close office when the doctor gets tired on a whim, do not secure test results adequately, poor diagnosis and time to work a patient up, 4 hr wait times, no one in hall to monitor if doctor calls for nurse, the list is endless Am very delighted to say I went elsewhere and received proper med care and dx.

I had an awful experience with my daughter. We had made an appointment. for her and left after 4+ hrs. of waiting. We were not checked on and were told that it wouldn't be long several times when we inquired. Couldn't fairly rate the doctor, as we never did see him. The staff was polite enough, but not very caring.

I have been using Family Urgent Care for nine years. My job had a an unpredictable schedule so I had to use a facility that accepted walk in patients. The wait at times was an hour+ but I accept that and a good book will help pass the time. They now take appts and the wait is reduced to inside 20 minutes. Physician staff is excellent and they give you the time and attention if you have issues to discuss. I have never been disappointed in their medical support for me, especially when I had some heart issues. The most important thing is to realize is that your there for medical support, which is very good AND if there is a wait for this kind of support, I'm glad they are available

Took an out-of-town relative. The staff was very friendly. The doctor was very courteous. The place was absolutely immaculate. Would have no trouble recommending this place to anybody. There was also no wait at all.

Do not go here. I've been here 3 times and every time I've had to wait almost 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen and then another 30-45 minutes in the exam room

I was the second person to be seen. but they misplaced my papers in line and i ended up waiting in the tiny white roon for 1.5 hrs. Plus all the female staff talk about past patients and personal life in the front. unprofestional

The nurse staff were extremely nice. They were the best part of the visit. Had an appt at 2pm wasn't taken to a room till after 3. A half hour later a nurse came in and it was about another 45 min later before the doctor came in. She was rude and in considerate. She asked if my ears hurt or if my sinuses were congested. I said no. She told me I was wrong that I had an ear infection and my sinuses were blocked. I didn't feel satisfied that she addressed my issues properly. Any positive notes are only for the nurses.
