I bought a bank foreclosure from them and closed very fast. Their mortgage company had great rates and great services. I paid NO closing cost. I got a very good deal and would buy another home from them.

I've rented through them & they're terrible. We should've known when the agent didn't feel like driving a little further out to show us the place... They didn't take care of any of the issues & concerns we've had listed about the apartment from Day 1. It was ridiculous whenever we tried to get in touch with someone about a problem we had. Our major concern were the dry rotted stairs. By the time they sent a man out to fix the deck (he only fixed the front deck, whereas the back deck was in the worst shape out of the two), it was 6 months later, WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. I couldn't get into the apartment at all that day, because I didn't know I was suppose "to keep a back door or window unlocked." Then when we tried to break lease (due to a PCS assignment), they wouldn't accept the official orders we had. The Battalion was in Afghanistan & Century 21 wanted a signature from the Command. To top it off, we didn't receive our full Security Deposit back, based on issues WE listed from DAY 1!

I have owned 12 homes and Century 21 is the best real estate company, they are very friendly, knowledgable, and available 24/7
