Worst experience ever! Feb 2013, I paid my $10K deposit on a pool. I was told 30 days to completion. Took no time at all for the check to clear but try getting someone to show up to do work, answer a phone, or follow through on a promise. Here we are June 30 and still I am waiting for the pool to be completed! total disdain for any professionalism! Completely lied to the JAG lawyer I contacted (which newspaper reports can verify I am telling the truth!). It took my hiring a lawyer in town to get him to somewhat come to finish the pool. Still lied, and came over 10 days late.... DURING my daughters graduation party (that was supposed to be a pool party. Flat out admitted to me he used my money to buy components to finish other peoples pools and doesn't have the cash to complete mine! I honored my end of the contract and he refuses to contact me when he isn't going to show, has an excuse for EVERYTHING (he is a total victim - the world is soooo against him). All I have said for MONTHS is give me my money back or finish the pool. My brand new driveway was destroyed, when they came to fix that they messed up two other sections! Sod was ruined haphazardy! When sod was laid back down it was lumpy, I looked under it and found their old bottles, cups, cigarette butts etc. THey left trash everywhere EVERY single time they came out to my house. My new fence is messed up (the gate and several of the posts. Still I wait. GO elsewhere! this has been the worst nightmare! Way too much money to put up with such an unprofessional attitude. I have dates and kept impeccable records if anyone wants to see them. He is a thief and a liar. Run far and run fast!

I saw on lejeuneyardsales that his selling all sorts of things now. What the heck? He can't even install pools properly. He's all over the place. “Hey there. I offered to ay Chris to repair my hot tub. Which he has done a few times.

“Thank you so much for responding. He used his sons trial as an excuse as to why he didn't show up for a month or return calls. My friends told him there was no pity felt. My friends husband stepped on IED and lost his leg 1year ago this month and while in the hospital fighting for his life an impaired driver killed his sister. This pool was supposed to be for therapy however has just caused more stress.



I will let them know and will definitely let anyone interested in a pool/jacuzzi to stay FAR AWAY from this crook.

“He sold it's a tub that didn't work. Trespassed on our property to try to steal it back claiming he had reimbursed us. He claimed my dog bite him while trespassing.

Our problems ended when he found out about our video surveillance security system and that we had it all on tape. Before that though he went so far as to injure himself to fake a dog bite.

We finally got ought money back, but many on the yard sale site have share d their troubles with me...most did not ever get their money back.”
