HORRIBLE!! I went and got my hair done here a month ago. About a week later my braids were sliding out from everywhere. My edges even fell out once I took my braids out.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! These are Muslims and they do practice witch craft (vodoo). Just as the previous reviews have stated they do provide terrible customer service. The "positive" review (below) was posted by Amy's best friend so that statement on her service is "GREAT" is NOT credible. Find somewhere else to go ladies...because this place is CLEARLY not it!

I have been going to amys for 8 yrs. Not once have i had a problem. she takes her time in every style she's done. My hair has grown so long and healthy. She is a very honest person, if anything was wrong with the hiar it was the hair company fault. This hurts me so much to see the lies about the shop. but you reap what you sew. so watch out what you say!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the awesome work AMY :)

After being late for my appointment the Braider was not only rude, took several long breaks, yanked my hair, and proceeded to use synthetic hair after I had already told her I only wanted 100% human hair for my micros. 2 days later I had the worse allergic reaction to what I later found was sybthetic hair they used. Sores and loss hait Amy was unwilling to refund my money. They lie about the product they use and are very rude. Currently undergoing a lawsuit!

Ive gotten my hair done twice (braids) in jvlle and both times the lady who will remain nameless did not do what i asked and took my money! I finally found amy! She did my braids the way i like she took her time and she was very nice! They worked on my head as if i were family! Wonderful place to go... the other reviews i believe are false! Thanks amy!

i went in for a sew-in and they were so rude...she pulled my hair like it wasent attached to my head. she was on the phone the whole time and she wanted me to pay before she did my hair. long story short i wouldnt give her the money and i left and i would definitley not recommend them for ANYTHING!! they were very unprofessional and the shop was disgusting. do not! do not! go there!

I got microbraids and afterwards found out they had used synthetic hair instead of human hair. Called them and owner denied using synthetic hair and wanted me to come back to get hair redone for the same price as before. Did not want to give my money back at least for using synthetic hair. I will never ever return to have them redo my hair. Synthetic hair melts when burned. I removed a braid from my hair and burned it and what did it do, it melted and she still wants to tell me that it's human hair. Find someone else to go to if you want your hair braided.

When I got my hair braided by Amy she promised me that would be happy with her services. I was anything but happy. The outside of my micro's where pretty, but the inside was so bad. The inside was big and uneven and the knots began to come out in two weeks. When I called Amy to let her know she told me it was not her fault and her sevices was refundable.
