Very poor service! Yesterday was my 2 time going to them, trying to give this business a 2nd chance. Mgr was horrible and very dishonest. Food came out cold. Waited 30mins for some fries that my friend didn't even get. Anytime you have a VIP section and it includes a bottle they bottle the open in front of you. Naw, 1st the server stated he was trying to get our bottle and then final when your got it, it was open before we got it. Naw don't do stuff like that.

The business staff does not care about their customers. I went twice last week, waited 15-20 mins at a time, and not one of the bar "proffesionals" acknowledged me nor my fianc !

Thank God they updated the place rest rooms look great now, entertainment is great and service was ok.Friday was good,on june the12th

The customer service was very unprofessional. The waitress need to go to training on how to present themselves when serving. You have to wait for so long to be served by a waiter. The food is good, I must say. It took it forever to get it. I think the whole management crew need training. I feel they choose who to serve. You are sitting and no one comes to your table. Where is the customer service.

two for one drinks, they serve you one drink and when your bill comes they tell you your first drink had two shots because they were trying to save cups and charge you for every drink. Black owned Business????? WTF will not go back.

THE WORST, AND THE STAFF STOLE FROM ONE OF OUR FRIENDS. BLACK BUSINESS WHO CAN ONLY OFFER SUB PAR SERVICE. A GOOD REASON WHY MANY BLACK BUSINESS FAIL.

Great food..horrible service. No flow or organization. This establishment may be around for years to come if they investment in management and experienced staff. The manager lacking customer service skills and the bathroom is a death trap!
