The company formed a separate subsidiary, Turnkey Construction Specialists in 1999. True House has participated in the construction of more than 400 single-family wood-framed residential homes as well as an array of multi-family complexes. The company was originally founded as TrueTruss in 1985. It maintains its headquarters in Jacksonville, Fla.
