I would not use this company ever again. I contracted this company to sod my front and back yard. Appointments where never meet on time. The sod was delivered the day before the install which was not ideal because the sod dried out. The workers are not skilled and didn't follow directions of what I wanted. They didn't properly mark or cut holes for my irrigation. They hacked the sod pieces to crap and laid it down like it was OK. A one day job turned into 4 days. Nothing went to plan and excuses where always used.

Awful customer service!! I would not recommend this company. We hired them to resod our front lawn. Initially they were scheduled to come on a Monday. That morning came and went. We had to call them to find out what was going on. The correct sod didn't come in. Said they would come "first thing Friday morning". Friday morning comes and goes, had to call again. Then the time is changed to 3pm during which we had a family party that my husband had to leave to supervise the Spanish-speaking only crew. They broke a sprinkler head we had to fix ourselves and then left about 10 bags of yard waste at the curb, blocking the driveway. I contacted the owner 2x to come get the yard waste as it's not picked up by the trash people. Was met with empty promises, excuses and rude replies. Stay away from this company who doesn't value customer service.

The only good thing about Josh is that he does answer you calls and message, but as far as his work and workers (illegals who don’t speak English) are terrible…..I would never recommend Trimac to anyone.

First he used a tiller and destroyed my lawn (which is not a good way to prepare for sod because I now have weeds and nut grass growing up through my sod). Next, He was supposed to fix my irrigation system, he said he couldn’t fix it because he couldn’t turn it on (He couldn’t turn it on because his tiller cut all my wires and additional pipes I had to fix). His workers couldn’t understand a word I was saying in English, they piled yard clippings under my mail box (I had to remove them so the mail man can deliver my mail) and left sod pallets on my yard.

But this Josh guy is a joke, he or his workers would never come out when they said and when I complained and threaten to take my business somewhere else, he would send a worker to work for an hour or two and this went on for over a month. I wish I never hired Josh (Trimac) he doesn’t know anything about landscaping. I hired my neighbor to fix my irrigation and he did a wonderful job and he was telling me all the things Josh did wrong. If you want a good worker who is from Jacksonville and hires good ole boys from Jacksonville call Jimmy (904) 424-8740 JB’s Anything Outside.

I hired Trimac Landscaping for regular lawn care service at my Jacksonville residence. They are extremely reliable. I have had them for over 5 years now and they never miss a scheduled service. I highly recommend Trimac for lawn care
