I first had contact with Mrs. Gullett at Title America when I refinanced my house. My lender chose them and told me with them everything would be ok. Boy was he right! The day of closing my baby-sitter bailed on me and without missing a beat Mrs. Gullett told me to bring our boys with us as they had a room especially for them. My husband and I couldn't believe our eyes when we walked into their beautiful building. Normally closing offices are so institutional looking. This one felt like home.
