I spent over $1500 on new wheels & tires. Since install I have returned 4 times to have my tires balanced because every time I still had the shakes. The manager at this store would not agree to road force balance my tires even though my tires were still under warranty & he wanted me to pay even more money. Needless to say the guy who balanced my tires said he road forced them & it finally fixed my car vibrating (only reason I give 2 stars). They finally managed to accomplish all this on the 4th time BUT not before checking under the hood & revving my engine up in the cold to hear the turbo. Nothing personal but based on the work & customer service I will not be returning.

Tire Kingdom is a great place to find anything and everything car related. It's convenient to be able to have everything installed in the place you buy it. So whether it's tires, batteries or auto services, I rely on Tire Kingdom to provide me with the best. Highly reccommended!

Bought a new set of tire 2 months before I went on a trip, I had a flat tire. Come to find out the valve stem cracked and the incorrect ones were installed.



Two other tire stores agreed that it had to be cracked during install or defective. Tire kingdom wanted to sell me a new tire. When I stated that the stem should not have cracked due to the steel core, they said it was dry rot.



Needless to say they lost a 10 year customer and their GM will not return my call. Do yourself a favor, don’t buy from here!

I am unaccustomed to being treated so honestly..I thought I needed a brake job only to find out I was only in need of brake fluid..wow..I thanked them for their honesty before leaving ..I will be returning there in the future
