This salon has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Just as i was beginning to warm up to them again after a bad experience where they refused to give me my money back and insisted on giving me "tanning dollars" ( as ridiculous as that is! ) I have another even worse experience! I recently sprained my ankle and obviously cannot tan.. so I called to hibernate which they insisted I come in, I had no problem with that. They tell me that I can only hibernate my account five days before the billing date which of now will cause me to loose 75 percent of a month that is paid for, with tanning dollars since they refused to give me my money back. I ask them if there's anyway to change that and tell them I don't want to loose my month. Precilla calls me back at the end of today and tells me that they "can credit my account but it's the last time they can help me out". Well now I am stunned! Aren't I the customer? When I ask her for the information of her corporate she tells me the "higher authorities" gave her that information. Are you kidding me? I hear her whispering with Cole and Cole takes the phone and gives me a 1-866 number with Option 1. I thank her and look up this companies information and write down the only two emails you have on your page to billing and general. I will be contacting this company first thing in the morning via email and phone call. Honestly I would like to speak the owner and tell them to hire girls who can feed their lines of junk more gracefully and give me my money back in MONEY form ( my original request) so I don't have to deal with this company anymore.
