I love the security system but the installation was a bit of a nightmare. The installer was WAY over his head when trying to figure out our old system to install this new one. He had to call in a supervisor to help. When the supervisor didn't know I was in earshot, used some very offensive language. The installer spoke very little English and was unable to effectively show us how to log into the system and use it. Thank goodness we are tech savvy and Safetouch has tons of GREAT videos to watch. Since the installation, we have had a few issues but have been worked out very professionally and now we are up and running and secure. Of course we have accidentally set off the alarm and the response team is quick, efficient and very friendly. If the installation process went smoother, this would definitely get 5 STARS from me.

Anthony V. a tech with safe touch was delayed due to a large installation. He could not make between 3-5. About 8 pm my door bell rings and there is the safe touch tech. I couldn't believe it. he took all the time in the world and never rushed his help. He still had one more call to make. He is an excellent example of what "True professionalism" is all about. With employees like that, i should have a long relationship with SafeTouch Security

We have had problems with our phone lines and Anthony V. came to look at our system. He is professional, effective and efficient. He knew exactly how to solve our problem and went to work on it immediately. He then explained what had gone wrong. He is respectful and takes the time with his customers. Hosnen installed our system at our new home. He arrived on time and was very professional throughout the whole process. He was patient as he thoroughly explained how the system works and clearly demonstrated all of the features. He ensured I understood how to work the system independently.

I called SafeTouch after hurricane Irma to reset the time on my alarm and test the system. They were experiencing long wait times because everyone was doing the same thing I was doing, but within 15 minutes the clock on my system was reset and they scheduled Joe E. to come out and find out why my system wouldn't dial out. Joe arrived on time, knew exactly what to do, was personable, helpful and quickly resolved the phone wiring issue (not technically SafeTouch's problem). Great job, fast and reliable. I appreciate knowledegable, friendly people who do a great job!

I join the list if unhappy customers of SafeTouch Security. The way they lock you in a 5-year contract is suspect. I have been I had a 3-year contract with Wells Fargo and the last two years are with SafeTouch. In order to get out of the contract, I would owe them $949.46. Nicole told me, "it was stated in my contract that the terms were for 5 years." I have to pull my contract, but I can assure you that it was not stated that way. Otherwise, I would not have signed a contract for 5 years. I either have to buy out the contract or wait until November 2016. This is a real rip-off. Save your money and go with a reputable company.

We prepaid for 3 years for one of our office buildings. After 3 years we noticed significant costs being hit on our bank account. We called to inquire and have been given so many excuses my head hurts thinking about them. Every CSR has lied to us with different issues and we now have an completely unusable system with 8 different solutions to try - none of which make any sense. We have requested a copy of the documents and they give us a ton of excuses why they have not provided them. On top of all this - they call me repeatedly to sell me a system and I am on the national do not call list AND I am a freaking customer. Pathetic excuse for a business to prey on hard working individuals and businesses and steal from them.

Their product is great. Their workmanship and customservice are the worst I have ever witnessed. They hacked into my wiring leaving exposed wires, wires hanging from the junction box and broke a window placing a sticker on it. I had to repair all of it because I left town immediatl for the military and did not meet their ten day notification requirment. They however did not even come out to look at the discrepcanies and now they block my phone calls...yet I am uner contract to still pay them! THE WORST BUSINESS EVER!

Great service and the best pricing I could find. I shopped every company I could find and nobody beat their price. Really like the new smartphone apps and the ability to control my system online and the smash and crash technology should be a requirement in any security system.

Run away.. hang up the phone... this company is horrible... they treat everyone the same whether you are a customer or an employee. Their service is horrible no wonder their customer service reps sound so stressed and are not much help when you call them. I will never recommend this company to anyone EVER!!!!!!
