If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, DO NOT buy anything from Rooms To Go. We purchased a $1500 dining room set and have gone through 3 tables. Every table has been damaged. It has been an absolute nightmare. Delivery guys are rude and actually accused us of breaking the table. Customer service is even worse. And if you're thinking you can get your money back. Sorry. Absolutely no refunds. Never again. I'm stuck with a damaged table. It would have been less stressful and aggravating to just flush $1500 down the toilet.

Never received call back as promised by Rooms to Go manager Mike. Was very important to change the time of delivery. Was told at the time or purchase that I could choose a timeframe for delivery, but one was chosen for me. Wouldn't have made purchase if told time would have been chosen. Then no call back about changing. Had to call and wait on hold for a long time to get same manager back on the line. Mike stated they did change my time, but he forgot to call. Very professional for management, don't you think?
