Keith and his crew were very professional from a quick response by returning phone call to coming out to quote the job. Very fair in pricing and a professional crew who were also courteous and conscientious with their work. This job required using a lift and small tractor across my front (zoysia grass) and going thru a 48" gate to back yard. Lawn was not damaged and Pergola under tree was not damaged.
I would recommend Robert's Tree Service by far over N. Florida's other listings some of which unfortunately I have used over the 47 years in Clay county. *ie called 5 other companies after 7 days still have not returned a call.

Just had these guys out to trim my trees. Two hours and $1,400 later very disappointed with the results. Lesson learned, cheapest estimate is not always the best. Would never use them again.

Had these folks trim some limbs hanging over my home. They did a good job at a reasonable price. Treated this senior citizens fairly, and I recommend them with no reservation.

Exceptional company - they removed a large oak tree for me. Gave me a fair price, and the workers were highly skilled and professional. The job was completed in the time frame communicated to me and completed in the manner that was described in the proposal. Also, the area was spotless after they left, and absolutely no damage to my flower bed (where the tree was sitting in) or surrounding property. My husband and I both said that it was a good decision in hiring this company (we had 4 other bids since the tree was so large).

I just used this tree service to remove a large tree. Every year I have my oak trees trimmed by a company in Fernandina Beach (where I live), and decided to get bids for this rather large job (which needed a crane to be safe). Roberts gave me a fair bid even though his crew had to drive from Jacksonville. More importantly, the quality of work was absolutely excellent. Also, the job was exactly as it was bid to me. The workers were exceptionally skilled, and there was no damage to the property or flower bed that the tree was sitting in. Overall, very honest and fair company - which is hard to find these days.

Extremely pleased! This was my 3rd try at finding a company that would remove a tree and do a good job. I submitted an email request for an estimate and received a response within 12 hours. The work was done on time. The workers were courteous and clean. Not one leaf of the tree was left behind!

The stump was ground up within 1 hour of the removal. I was also happy that all debris was taken away without the noise of a tree grinder running. Excellent job!

Had Roberts trim a big Live oak branch leaning over some powerlines on my neighbor's property. Good communication and showed up on time, both for the estimate and the branch removal. Used a bucket truck and did no damage to driveway ornaments. Were quick and efficient and cleaned up well. Price was in range I expected.
