They were fine till I told them was moving and bed would not fit and needed to go back but other furniture was fine. Mgr was to call and never did also did not pick up like they said. I'm done with them. Shame cause have nice furniture to order on line.

The worst the harassment is awful 2day grace period. Once I'm out of this agreement will never ever look there way for business again.my boyfriend deals with Aaron's they are a better company and theyvwork be with you.save yourself the aggravation

I had the best experience with my sales person named Ryan at this location yesterday. After a awful move i was in need of some major furniture. Ryan helped me and saved me money compared to other places i have checked into for the exact same furniture. They even carry my favorite designer Ashley which is great quality!

There are a hundred different furniture rental businesses. This is THE worst, broken furniture (you won't get the one you see don't believe the liars), even if you pay EXTRA for a maintenance plan, nothing gets fixed. Then they say its not their problem, and make some racist/sexist remark if you keep insisting. Right to your face! I have never been so embarrassed!

I will NEVER EVER waste my money here again. Heed this warning and I promise you'll be thanking me.

Don't rent from rent wise merchandise is overpriced, i rented a 52''inch tv it was refurbished the volume dont work properly and HD connection didn't work. Cheaper just too buy at a retail store. They will cheat you out your money not worth it !!!

Ordered a bedroom set through rentwise, it took a while to get because they didn't have it in stock, but it just came yesterday. This is the only furniture I've ever bought brand new and its pretty nice. I suggest you do the monthly payments because its cheaper than weekly in the long run. Best part is free delivery to my house.

I would not rent from Rent Wise again. What they rent has been used and they rent it as new. So they get double money if stuff is returned of you can not pay on it for awhile. They do not hold things like they say they will. As soon has you return they put it back on the floor.

I like rent wise beacause there prices are reasonable. they great quality of merchdise. they are not over priced like the " dog store aaro" they are friendly. they have budjects that are reasonable withn most budjects.
