Never had any trouble with this business. They are always helpful and when we need service, the techs are prompt and courteous.

I recently bought a spa from Rec Warehouse. The price was 625.00 less than I found at one of the other Jaccksonville dealers. My sales person was polite, and knowledgable. Iwas very happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recomend them to my friends!

My wife and I were looking at hot tubs and had gone to a "show" at the fairgrounds and wanted to look at some of the local dealers to compare styles, models and of course pricing. We had not looked at any hot tubs until that day. We came here first to compare and they were having their "annual manufacturers sale" where reps were on hand to give out special discounts. The salesman started out nice enough but I was there to learn and compare and I wanted to look. I was even calling a friend who has a hot tub and akin him what features did he recommend. The salesman became very short with me and impatient (there were twice as many salespeople on hand as there were customers). Finally he refused to even give us prices unless I committed to buy from him right then. So we left and went to one of their competitors on St Johns Bluff and they were so nice we bought a $7000 hot tub from them an hour later. So to RFW, you blew it!

I called on three different occasions and everytime they never have the parts on hand.They always say order online.I think they do this to make a killing on their ultra high shipping cost.
