I'm not sure who exactly my complaint is with because the person had sent a customer to tell me what they couldn't. I stopped by for two reasons, 1 to drop my info off because I thought they could really benefit from my services. 2 I stopped by because my back left tire keeps losing air everyday. Well, after I spoke with someone that works there he told me to hang out for about 20 mins and the owner would be back to talk to me. So I started finishing some paperwork I had and waited in the car. A couple mins later someone walks up to my window and says "they said you have to go" who is "they" and why would they tell me to wait just to turn around and tell me to leave??? No one even asked me if I needed any help they just watched me walk through there maze of a workplace in an effort to make it to the office. In my opinion in general very very unprofessional and I felt very disrespected the way some random man approached me and told me to leave like I was some begging crackhead at the corner store. I wouldn't never go back or ever recommend anyone go there. On top of that they have a sign that says "not responsible for missing lug nuts" why would anyone's car be MISSING lug nuts if you are a tire shop???!!! Really??
