Excellent, professional & Quick. While driving from Florida to PA on 11-3-12 our F150 began to shake, the farther we drove the harder it shook. I have been to Pep Boys in Lancaster, PA, so I looked for one close to I95. We pulled in with 2 dogs and in 2 hrs we were on our way. The manager & his assistant and the mechanics on duty were all involved. They diagnosed 2 problems. One was a 2 year old tire with a slipped belt, which they had in stock & quickly changed. The other was a burned coil & spark plug, These were not in stock, but the assistant manager left & came back 15 min later with both.
