I've been going to this cleaner since 1995 and never had any problems until this past monday when I paid $1 extra for same day rush service. The clothes did not come in because the van was on the westside and couldn't make it back in time. Then the next day I went to pick them up and they had a power outage and the phone and computer were down so they couldn't give me my clothes. The girl working was trying multiple times to get a hold of other stores managers and no one would ansswer. I finally called # on website and spoke with a very rude woman who claimed to be a mgr. I explained the situation and she decided that she would ring it up at her store. I reminded the girl to have my 50% deducted per their signage which stated that if they were unable to get the clothes same day you will receive 50% off that order. She refused to do so and said the discount was for the $1 I paid extra for. I read the policy and she still refused. My $41 bill was descounted to $38. Does that equal 50%?

This place is horrible. I brought my clothes in for same day service and they lost my clothes. They said they would call me but it has been 3 weeks no call. Tried to call them but no human anwers the phone. DO NOT GO THERE!
