      Very poor. You will not get the tile on display in the showroom, you will a cheap imitation of it. Buy a Cadillac, have a Hyundai delivered. Mismatched tile from different lots. These people will not accept responsibilty for anything. Check out the reviews of their Miami store. There are a number of unhappy customers.
