I called to see if they were taking boys clothes 12 months and they said yes so i brought them in and to be told they weren't taking clothes but they looked threw my stuff because i had toys and shoes and they took the toys and shoes (shoes were brand new) and gave me $10 for everything i knew it was a rip off but didn't care cause i just wanted to get rid of the stuff my son didn't use anymore but when i was checking out they showed me all the things they purchased and i saw no clothes and asked if they bought any clothes and they said no they weren't excepting any clothes and i said okay that's fine so i took the stuff they didn't want to purchase and left the next day my husband brought the box of clothes in and while i was putting away the clothes i noticed some of the clothes were missing come to find out they stole many clothing ideas and when i called to speak with the manager she said i was lying and hung up on me so please everyone check your ideas before you leave!!!! That is how they make there money they give $10 for almost a $50 purchase and then steal hoping they can get away with it. I am in shock what they did but more in shock and upset how the manager handled it. I will never go back and i hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. And they over charge so i never bought anything from them anyways just sold my sons gently used stuff but i would use that money and go to Burlington and shop there....way better deal!!
