Mohamed Kharfan-Dabaja, MD, MBA, is a hematologist and oncologist at Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Kharfan-Dabaja treats cancers including acute myelogenous leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, diffuse large b-cell lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He is an expert in chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy (CAR T-cell therapy) and bone marrow transplant, with special interest in CAR T-cell therapy for lymphoid neoplasms and reduced intensity allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation for hematologic malignancies. Dr. Kharfan-Dabaja is Vice-Chair of Hematology, Director of the Blood and Marrow Transplantation and Clinical Cellular Immune Therapies Program, and Associate Medical Director for the Cancer Clinical Trials Office at Mayo Clinic in Florida. Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center is a National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated comprehensive cancer center.
