Outstanding service! We had a water leak prior to the holidays which ruined our floors. We contacted Mercury and within a week we had new floors installed. The service from both the staff at the store and the installers was amazing. They went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. It's nice to know there are some businesses out there who are still Custer oriented.
WOW! I cannot believe what a difference my new floors make, you have made my house feel so warm and inviting. All of your design advice helped me so much. Im so glad we went with the larger tile in the kitchen, now it feel twice as big. I couldnt have pulled this off by myself. I am so glad I had your expertise to help me select everything. Your installers were so clean and professional. They took extra time to answer all my questions, showed me how to clean the floors, and I love that you supply and put furniture pads on all the furniture to protect my new wood floors.
